Biography


Carine is the Legal and Data Manager at Geradin partners’ Paris office after being the legal assistant (“attaché de justice”) of the International Commercial Chamber at the Paris Court of Appeal where she participated in handling the international cases of the Chamber (including international arbitration disputes). Formerly she developed an expertise in international tax matters as a lawyer (Paris Bar) working for American, British, Canadian and French law firms. She has also developed expertise in mediation.

Education

  • International Business School (“Hautes Etudes Commerciales” – Paris) with a major in International Legal and Tax Matters and a minor in Finance
  • Master’s Degree in European Law, University of Strasbourg
  • Admission to the bar in 1993
